Psychotherapy can help you feel better, strengthen your coping skills, improve your self-worth, and support the relationships that matter most. It can also help you shift patterns that aren’t serving you.
Talking through difficult parts of your life can bring up uncomfortable feelings—guilt, fear, anger, sadness, shame, loneliness. That’s a normal part of the work. Therapy gives you the tools to understand these emotions, face them with more confidence, and move through them with greater ease.

My fee is $475 per session for all individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. I intentionally maintain a single, consistent rate across formats to reflect the depth, preparation, and clinical attunement each hour of work requires. Whether we are meeting one on one or working within a relational system, the level of presence, complexity, and therapeutic responsibility remains the same. My practice is designed to offer focused, high quality, and personalized care rather than high volume treatment, allowing sessions to be thoughtful, contained, and clinically rigorous. This fee supports that structure and the continuity of care it makes possible.

I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes so I can offer that time to someone else who may need it. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
