NATALIE LYLA GINSBERG, ASW

Natalie Lyla Ginsberg is a trauma informed relational therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families deepen understanding, strengthen connection, and navigate complex transitions with clarity and care. Her work is grounded in emotional precision, psychological sophistication, and respect for the nuanced dynamics that shape intimate and family systems.
Natalie supports clients seeking to repair trust, improve communication, and restore closeness, as well as couples who wish to separate thoughtfully and respectfully. Her approach integrates psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and parts based therapy with intergenerational and spiritual perspectives, allowing for change that is both practical and deeply rooted. Currently studying to become a Rabbi, Natalie brings particular sensitivity to Jewish and interfaith families, and to clients navigating identity, tradition, and legacy across generations.
Natalie also maintains advanced training in expanded states work, including preparation and integration support and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy within a clinical framework. She spent a decade in leadership at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), contributing to therapist training and research on how these modalities can reduce trauma and foster empathy and reconciliation. This work informs her practice with discretion, rigor, and careful ethical oversight. She was raised in New York City and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University.
