Individual, Couples, and Family Sessions

You don’t need to be at a “breaking point” or in crisis to benefit from working with a therapist. Psychotherapy can be impactful amidst moments of transition or times when you’d like some added support or a unique perspective. Working with a therapist can help you to develop a toolbox of coping skills, and can provide you with a greater degree of clarity around certain patterns or relationships in your life. My objective and non-threatening approach can help guide you through overwhelming periods in your life. I utilize evidence-based treatments to guide you back to yourself.
